Anika Ullah: She is a biologist.
A short story that happened to her.
▌When she was at a wedding, she tried a dessert made from an unusual nut.
▌She didn't know anything about these nuts, so she looked them up in an online encyclopedia.
▌She found many uses for the nuts, but also discovered that eating too many of these nuts can cause cancer.
▌When she discovered that these nuts could be dangerous, she decided that she should talk to local communities about the issue, and to ground truth.
▌Grounding truth is when you find out information directly from people or evidence
▌She visited people in the community and also used the internet to communicate with them .
▌Ms. Ullah wanted people to use these nuts more safely .
▌She made films and start online campaigns to help people to lead healthier lives


The sequence of activities when you search something online.
1. Decide what information you want to find out.
2. Think about the search terms of key words you will use.
3. Cross check facts by trying to find them in more than one place.
4. Look carefully at the information that you have found.
5. Tell the reader where the information came from.
