Hello folks! Today I want to show you my new restoration project. I found this rusty handmade knife at a flea market. The shape of the knife is non-standard, but very interesting. Well, let's start the restoration.

First, I removed the old broken parts of the handle from the knife and put it in rust remover. I didn't throw out the old copper rivets, I used them for the handle. Then washed, dried and oiled. I didn't touch the brass linings — they are well riveted. I sanded the knife with an iron wire brush. I polished the blade, but left traces of antiquity. For the handle of the knife, I chose beech wood and used my old knife rivets.
Also for this knife I made a wooden sheath and covered them with natural leather. Soldered brass fittings for the scabbard. And as usual, made an interesting knife test for you!

Sincerely, Alex. Thanks for attention!
Good luck and health to everyone! With best wishes, Alex!
