i did a 10 minute “bubble butt” workout, which i personally do all the time (each set is 30 seconds). this is a FOLLOW ALONG workout, so make sure you have a mat and water with you! if you are looking for an even MORE intense workout, do this 3+ times. for best results, repeat multiple times weekly. i hope y'all enjoyed:)
