2-Manipulating Others
When you force someone into doing what you want, maybe you feel satisfied or in control and power .
3-Type of Food
-lot of fat, like ice cream and pastries, can temporarily make you feel satisfied. But if you eat too much, you might start to feel heavy and sluggish.
-Excessive fat or sugar, you’ll also gain weight.
-Foods with high sugar content can quickly make you feel energized. But as the effect wears off, you start feeling very tired or even depressed.
4-Overeating and Undereating
-Overeating can makes them feel emotionally calm, or even numb, for a short amount of time.
-Undereating can also make a person feel good for a short amount of time. Undereating can serve as a form of self-control.
5-Drugs and Alcohol
