Second, the team leader meets each team member individually. The focus of this meeting is to discuss how the individual’s behaviors contributed to team performance. Both meetings emphasize the past, the present, and the future. The past involves a discussion of performance during the review period. The present involves any changes in compensation, depending on results obtained. The future involves a discussion about goals and developmental plans.
