Love it or hate it, the Myers-Briggs personality inventory (MBTI) is of the most widely administered personality assessment.
Everyone fits into four nice little buckets, right? Of course not, but your personality and the personalities of your business partners deserves some consideration. It's important to understand how the other perceives the world, and how the world around them informs their decision-making process.
Knowing your own personality type is a worthwhile exercise on its own, but acknowledging the primary indicators of your cofounders will help you better relate to each other. Doing so may even indicate potential blind-spots you share among your team.
Also, as you'll see in the video, it's not always true that opposites attract. In fact, the fourth quadrant of the MBTI is where you're likely to find conflict if you don't watch out for it.
