You should start offering some free service in the beginning so that you get some traction and you get momentum. That is a very long term strategy that brings huge result and is proven to work. Also, you will see whether you are able to deliver the service or not.

If people do not want to work with you after the trial, that means, that you are not bringing results to the clients. But, if you provide high quality work that brings results and money to your clients, then they will want to work with you and will come back again and again.
