0:00 Nucleophiles
The video begins with nucleophilic side chains that possess a highly electronegative atom as the Oxygen and that can make a nucleophilic attack on a partially positive charged atom for example The third phosphate in ATP ( the nucleophilic side chain are responsible for the kinase activity of enzymes ) ( serine - threonine - tyrosine )
1:40 Acidic
Those side chains that donates a proton in the media besides it acts as a negative charge group and it acts in catalysis in shuffling proton or accepting protons by being implemented in the active site aspartic acid or aspartate (Asp) and glutamic acid or glutamate (Glu)
2:50 Basic
There are three amino acids that have basic side chains at neutral pH. These are arginine (Arg), lysine (Lys), and histidine (His). Their side chains contain nitrogen and resemble ammonia, which is a base. Their pKa's are high enough that they tend to bind protons, gaining a positive charge in the process.

The nine amino acids that have hydrophobic side chains are glycine (Gly), alanine (Ala), valine (Val), leucine (Leu), isoleucine (Ile), proline (Pro), phenylalanine (Phe), methionine (Met), and tryptophan (Trp). Shown at the right is the structure of valine.
