Marcelo is an industrial designer and CEO of Alegre Design. After studying Industrial Design at the UPV (Universitat Politècnica de València) and after several years working in habitat furniture, he founded his own studio in 2001. He has a long time expertise in managing teams and creating new products and he collaborated with many sectors internationally. Marcelo works with global companies around the world and he developed his own methodology of the design process,
called Agile Design, that combines Design Direction, Trend Design and
Product Design.
We are Alegre Design, an industrial design and design strategy studio, which, through its extensive experience of nearly 20 years, is capable of detecting future scenarios, creating new strategies or reinventing traditional ones. And all this within a strategic concept defined by focusing on the real innovation, the value, and the people in its context and the manufacturer that makes it a reality.
