Your primary focus will be the development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services.
Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
Work with outside data sources and APIs.
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Translate designs and wire frames into high quality code
Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

متطلبات الوظيفة

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5+ years experience developing Android apps.
Expert understanding of Java and Android SDK.
Strong knowledge of Google Material/Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
Experience with RESTful API and asynchronous web services.
Experience with agile scrum methodologies.
Strong object-oriented and architectural skills.
Experience working with Android frameworks.
Experience with mobile app testing and security.
Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
Proven work experience in design patterns mobile architecture using frameworks such as MVVM/MVC/MVP
A problem solver with good analytical skills.

BONUS SKILLS:

Worked on apps used by a large sector of people in a production environment.
Have an active Github/Stackoverflow account.
Have a deep understanding of mobile performance, latency, and security issues.
Google Maps, with other API integrations familiarity.
