Responsibilities

  • Understanding customer's needs.
  • Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.
  • Making presentations to promote new projects and special deals.
  • Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt.
  • Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure selling properties in projects around Egypt.
  • Meet clients either in the office or outside (Clients premises, Developers premises, project site, etc...).


متطلبات الوظيفة

Qualifications

  • Real Estate Brokerage experience or sales background is a Plus.
  • Graduates Only.
  • Very good /excellent command of English is a Must.
  • Presentable and decent characters with very good communication skills.
  • Prefer residence nearby Sheikh Zayed, October, New Cairo, Nasr City, Heliopolis & others around residency.
  • Must own a Car.
