Job Purpose

  • Responsible for implementing operations related to employee services in accordance with laws and regulations in order to achieve job satisfaction and adherence to laws.

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with employees to respond to their inquiries and provide services related to them, such as (child care leave - certificates and letters - release of documents - and banking services - telephone lines, visas, cards and personal seals - moral incentive - national number forms) with the aim of achieving employee satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and follow-up of communication meetings as well as evaluation and follow-up committees with the aim of supporting relevant decision-making
  • Publish all publications, announcements, presentations and senior management messages to ensure efficient and effective knowledge management.
  • Update workers’ personal and social data with the aim of recording all workers’ data for reference when needed.
  • Handover the resignees’ dues and communicate with the resigning parties to transfer their debts to the company’s account.
  • Print and defining tickets, following up on attendance and departure status, solving daily messages and problems, assignments and overtime, and indicating non-attendance from sections and departments in order to ensure the effectiveness of the time management system.
  • Follow up on the application of the vacation system, solve the problems resulting from it, and implement deductions and additions to balances with the aim of implementing the work regulations.
  • Follow up on the exclusion of resignations and transfers between branches in the attendance and departure machines in order to control the number of employees in the company.
  • Follow up on the related cases of absence without permission, verify their validity, and contact the insurance and welfare official to send warnings for five days, ten consecutive days, and ten days and twenty days intermittently, with the aim of enforcing the law and dismissing those who are absent.
  • Implement penalties and violations and analyzing them on databases with the aim of continuously updating the data.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Customers service.
  • Knowledge of business law.
