As a Retention Account Specialist, your main responsibility will be to convince AT&T customers to stay with our services and prevent them from leaving. You will be the primary point of contact for customers who express their desire to cancel or terminate their accounts. Through effective negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, you will work towards finding mutually beneficial solutions to retain these customers.
