متطلبات الوظيفة

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain switching, routing, LANs, WLANs, TCP/IP, VPNs, VoIP, CCNP,SOPHOS,CCNA,MCSEand firewalls for protecting network security at all sites.
• Define, order, and monitor installation and integration of hardware in the network, including routers, switches, servers, power systems, and cables.
• Administration & management of Network equipment’s, site connectivity and network traffic by using network monitoring and management tools.
• Perform capacity and resource planning, assessing network risks and contingency planning.
• Performs site surveys and audits to ensure that the organization's network site has the proper specifications.
• Provide technical support to the development of the infrastructure systems and services.
• Implement security measures and monitor security certificates and compliance.
• Respond and resolve support requests via tickets and phone calls within response time SLAs.
