About the Internship
Organizational and space planning
Performance management and improvement systems
Organization development
Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
Employee orientation, development, and training
Policy development and documentation
Employee relations
Company employee communication
Compensation and benefits administration
Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
Employee services and counseling
Participate in designing and developing the competency framework including definitions, measurement
Participate in developing the business processes of the company and its procedures
Participate in the development of company’s employer branding towards targeted groups
Participate in developing the HR-related digital platforms and online visibility of the company
Participate on a daily basis the human resources aspects of the company, including planning and implementation of talents acquisition, setting KPIs, departments’ objectives, appraisal,
development and retention initiatives, as well as personnel administration matters
Participate in preparing and developing biannual business review in alignment with HR Director
